This certificate allows a person to buy, sell, trade, or register motor boats.Overview
Allows a person to buy, sell, or trade boats designed to have a motor and are used to transport one or more people across water. Allows the dealer to register boats containing motors, to promote boating safety, and provide consumer protection.

• VS-95 Public Emissions Inspection Station Buy/Sell Agreement, if applicable
