This license allows the holder to act as an exporter-broker of controlled substances.Overview
To regulate the manufacture, distribution, and use of controlled substances (drugs) and devices. Persons conducting activities as exporter-broker of controlled substances within New York State are required to obtain a Class 10A from the Department of Health. A Class 10A is when there is no physical possession of controlled substances.
