This allows a person to perform commercial and residential appraisals on property.Overview
Allows an individual to perform all types of commercial and residential appraisals to real property. It allows the use of the title "Certified General Real Estate Appraiser". Under federal law, allows an individual to perform appraisals in federally related real estate transactions.
Requirements
1. Proof of Training/Experience, Always Required2. Formal Educational Information, Always Required
3. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, Always Required
Experience is 3000 hours over a period of not less than 30 months. Note: Experience must be obtained within the five-year period prior to submission of your application. 2. Formal Education for original application is 300 hours of approved courses and Bachelors Degree (or higher) or 30 college semester hours in specific courses.
