Temporary Broker and/or Agent License (TBA)
This gives authority to the holder to continue the insurance business of the original holder of the license.Overview
Grants authority to person/persons named herein to renew the business of the "original licensee" and to perform other acts incidental to the continuance of the insurance business of such original licensee. Temporary license is required along with a copy of the death certificate. If applicant is NOT the spouse, letters of testamentary included with proof of executor of estate is required. No Life business can be done with a temporary license.
