New York Business Express

Overview

Authorizes the applicant of a winery, farm winery, special winery or special farm winery license to continue operation of an existing winery, farm winery, special winery or special farm winery facility during the course of good faith negotiations for ownership rights to ensure the harvest and production of wine while the application is pending before the NYS Liquor Authority. Also allows the applicant for a winery, farm winery, special winery or special farm winery whose harvest will occur within 30 days to produce and manufacture wine at their facility.
