Wine Products Permit
Combined with a beer license, this permit allows the sale of wine products that are less than 6% alcohol. Applicants must operate a store or eating place.Overview
A permittee's current retail beer license, together with a wine products permit, entitles the licensee to sell wine products containing not more than 6% alcohol by volume. Sale of wine is not permitted with a wine product permit. Applicant must be currently licensed by the Liquor Authority, open and operating either a grocery; drug store; eating place; winter eating place; or summer eating place in order to obtain the Wine Products Permit.
