Overview

 

 A swimming pool operated as a part of, or facility of, a temporary residence for the use of the occupants, guests, invitees or employees shall be constructed, maintained and operated so as to comply with the provisions of Part 6 of the State Sanitary Code. A separate permit shall not be required for a summer day camp, bathing beach, swimming pool or a service food establishment operated as part of a temporary residence for which a permit is required.
